Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect as little as we can get away with, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

• Your email address, so you can sign in and so we can send you the emails you asked for.
• Your searches — where you wanted to go, when, and the weather and budget you asked for — so the service works and so we can improve the results.
• Your settings, such as your home airport, currency and whether you think in °C or °F.
• Basic technical data: a rough location from your IP address so we can guess your nearest airport and currency, and enough request data to stop abuse and count usage against your plan.

What we do not collect

We never see your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe; your card number goes to them, not to us. We are told only that a payment succeeded, the last four digits, and when the membership renews.

We do not collect your passport, date of birth, or any traveller documents, because we do not make bookings.

What we never do

• We do not sell your personal information. Not to anyone, not ever.
• We do not send you marketing you did not ask for.
• We do not use your searches to raise the price you are shown.

Who we share it with

Only what is needed to run the thing:

• Stripe — to take payment and manage your subscription.
• Cloudflare — hosting, and the database your account lives in.
• Our email provider — to deliver sign-in links and receipts.
• Search suppliers — when you search, we send them the trip criteria (dates, party size, destination). We do not send them your identity.
• AI providers — if you use the trip adviser or describe a trip in your own words, that text is sent to be interpreted. Do not put anything sensitive in that box.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your units and currency. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Your account data lasts as long as your account does. Search history is kept for twenty-four months so we can show you price trends, then deleted. Sign-in links expire after twenty minutes and can each be used once.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. Email our contact form and we will do it within thirty days. Deleting your account cancels any active membership.

If you are in Canada and are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

On Cloudflare's network, which spans several countries. Our suppliers are in Canada, the United States and the European Union.
